SINGAPORE RETURN AND REFUND

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For refund/return request, please email contact@xylonix.io with your invoice number and reasons for refund within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return/refund process. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping costs, custom fees or duties from the purchase are non-refundable for return/refund requests from remorse.
